All of the cottages are located in the oceanside village
of Manset and have an easy two-mile walk around
the neighborhood which passes by the ocean and
boating community. Each cottage is fully furnished and equipped for your vacation needs

Located 1.5 miles south of downtown Southwest Harbor, this
cedar-shingled saltbox overlooks the harbor and
mountains of Mount Desert Island. Handicapped accesible
on the first floor, the house has one bedroom and full bath (w/ shower) on the first floor, two bedrooms with full bath (tub & shower) on the second floor. The first floor also has a great room with kitchen,
dining, and living areas, a study (with a trundle bed), and a deck off the dining room. The lower
level includes a game area with ping pong table and dart board plus an additional double bedroom with tv.

is nestled in the woods of Manset on the Shore
Road, with a small pond off the deck and a peek-a-boo
view of the ocean and mountains. There are two
bedrooms, a bath (tub & shower), and a great room with kitchen,
dining, and living areas.
